We work with many small to mid-sized business owners who need assistance with their QuickBooks set up, clean up, training, maintenance and integrated applications. We offer outsourced automated accounting services, QuickBooks products, individual and group training programs as well as business consulting services. We create order out of chaos and help our clients make sense of the dollars and cents.

You must have experience interfacing with clients, setting appointments and managing calendars, proofreading, researching and developing documents and spreadsheets, reconciling lists, using project management tools, scheduling emails, and coordinating with other team members and our vendors.  Accuracy is paramount.

The ideal candidate will have a desire to continually learn new skills as well as a friendly, outgoing personality.  This is a positive, energetic, and FUN business.  You will work with other team members in our North Conway office.
The successful candidate must be able to learn and master new software packages quickly. Some of the applications we use on a regular basis include QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, ACT! and other cloud based applications.

Essential Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Understanding of some of the above-listed software packages or a fast ability to learn

Initiative to start and finish projects on a timely basis

A cheerful disposition

$12 to $16/hr base to start, with bonuses when overall company revenue goals are reached. This is a part-time job with a long-term opportunity to advance rapidly to more responsibility for the right person. Our office is located in the North Conway area.

Knowledge/experience in QuickBooks, Excel, payroll, vendor, merchant, and account reconciliations, billing, payables, reporting, and office management skills are essential, as is the ability to learn and master new software packages quickly. Some of the applications we use on a regular basis include QuickBooks – Desktop and Online versions, Microsoft Office, ACT and Remote Access applications. A bookkeeping or QuickBooks certification is a plus, but not required. So are college-level courses in accounting.
